Does anyone know what these streets are like?

There are a lot of knockers of Elizabeth, but there is always pockets of good and bad in every suburb. Of the streets you have asked about the best is Sampson followed by Conyngham then Brady. If you are considering buying in these areas, the best thing to do is to take a drive down the streets and then explore the streets to either side and behind the house that you are looking at. That will give you a rough guide as to the prospective Neighbors you would have. Its advisable to do this a couple of times at different times of the day and also on a Friday and Saturday nights.

Only a few to none look promising, but the rest look a bit rough and unsafe. Like the review above said, take some free time just to roam around the streets in your car, just to get a personal view of what the area and streets look like. If you see streets on the internet of Elizabeth, pictures can be deceiving.
