I'm sorry, I personally don't know for sure and there is state housing scattered throughout Ellenbrook. Although in saying that, to me it would appear that highest concentration of state housing is in the Coolamon and Woodlake villages.

The upper part of Crossland Avenue is a great street, featuring larger lots, with larger homes, overlooking reserve. Charlottes Vista is a beautiful village in Ellenbrook, which is centrally located, having relatively new and mostly good quality homes.

Is there any homes west housing near to crossland avenue. your answer will be very helpful for me.pls..

Hi BJV, I have lived in Ellenbrook for around 16 yrs, and the simple answer is that no matter where you live in Perth there will be homeswest housing within walking distance. The exception to this is Private Estates. Having said that I currently live very close to Crossland Ave and yes there are a number of Homes west housing, but I have never had any issues with the residents. Crossland Ave is in Charlottes Vineyard development, and is one of the nicer areas in Ellenbrook. It has a park at either end and is close to schools, shops and public transport.
