"Traffic noise and lousy council"
Noisy highway. Local council is full of rurals, run from a rural centre yet this street is in Launceston. Needs more infrastructure but the council, nor department main roads, nor Metro buses cares. Park is great - if you can cross the main highway to get there without being skittled. Footpaths, a pedestrian crossing, lower the speed limit (currently 70km in a residential zone!) and get the public transport up to scratch would go a long way.
