Reviews of Emmett Road, Crafers West
"Lovely road to live on"
Beautiful bushland, nature and animals, the neighbors and other road tenants are all very lovely, very peaceful of you arent close to the freeway. Love having Stirling nearby. Love that there isnt much takeaway available.

"Bogans and Busybodies Abound"
If you are a private person who enjoys peace and quiet this is not the street for you. Cars, letterboxes, signs and even Christmas decorations vandalized. Bogans revving their toys and blasting their music at any old hour. Expect to be tailgated and nearly wiped on a regular basis. Also don't forget to walk with your back to traffic and wear dark clothing at night.
Massive fire risk not appreciated by many.
"Neighbours at War - Bushfire Risk"
Emmett Road may appear to be a peaceful quite street, but the neighbours are at war. At least five reports for assult have been lodged with SAPOL over the last few years. I fear there is a massacre in the waiting. Loud music, chainsaws humming 24/7, burnouts, GET ME OUT OF HERE. Freeway noise is horrendous,
