Are Perkins Ave and Chelsea Dr good streets? what about Bradford Ct?

Perkins Avenue and Chelsea Drive is located in the modern parts of Enfield, and yes, they are good and nice streets. The houses are mostly well kept and even the houses themselves look rather pleasant and attractive. There is a nice open-spaced parkland once you drive through Chelsea Dr. I'm not sure about neighbours as I've never lived in this street, but judging by the people in the street, they seem warm and friendly.

Bradford Court is located slightly more in to Enfield but still the modern-ish part of the area. There is ever so slightly houses with Housing Trust but nothing really much to worry about. There is another park which is located on Wilkinson Court but is very easily accessible by a walking trail that runs through the park to the cul-de-sac of Bradford Court. There are not many houses down this street so it might be rather quiet.
