The esplanade ranges from many types of homes... from old homes, units, townhomes, high rise apartment complexs and your modern home there is a home for everybody... Being in a prime position on the beach front the cost of living can be high... So close to renowned Jetty Road you will never be board.. What more could you want views & cosmopolitian Jetty Road at your finger tips???

"Stunning seaviews and not far from busy Jetty Road"
This stretch of Esplanade is a great spot to live. There are modern beach-houses, permanent homes, apartment blocks and the occasional old house needing some attention. Every single place has sweeping views across the sea. Most places are multiple storeys, so you can see for miles. The sunsets here are just beautiful.
The beach by the Esplanade is pristine and clean. Excellent for long walks and great for swimming too.
The best thing about this location is that you are tucked away from the madness of Jetty Road, so you can enjoy relaxed coastal living without all the crowds. However you are close enough to go for a stroll and enjoy the action when you choose, and make the most of the cafés, restaurants, bars and delicious fish and chips.

Great review! It is just one of the most gorgeous spots down the beach way, and so easy to get to. You can choose your activities, either gettting into the thinck of things or really chilling out!
