Am I being unrealistic in looking for a house under $300pw?
Essendon, VIC 3040 is located within the Moonee Valley local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
I am looking for a house for myself and my pet dog and pet cat. I'm a great tenant, but it's so hard to prove that on paper.
I have never looked in this area, but it seems to be largely units.
I can only afford up to $300 per week as I live alone and commute to both Altona & Hurstbridge.
If I am being unrealistic, does anyone have suggestions for a location that I might have better luck looking in, I would greatly appreciate it!
