"Utopia"
What more could you want? A short straight drive to Adelaide CBD, and arguably one of the best beach suburbs in S.A. Every amenity close by, it takes just one track on the CD to get to Harbor Town, maybe two tracks to get to West Lakes Shopping. Great bars, and cafe's perfect for easy evening strolls. Living a few streets back from the coast also negates the high maintenance related to the sea air, but you still get the nice sea breeze. This is a truly excellent place to live.
