James, Telstra sent us a letter NBN is available, so we signed up, NBN guy devivered the box 9 Nov 2017, no service since 63 days to today. The NBN page doesn't have Fairview park connected. I would suggest looking for different means like Nuscope, or even getting a 4 g dongle and shared data on mobiles with Optus, 4g speeds are variable but consistently faster than the NBN plans at 25/5. Would suggest Telstra isn't a good option. Even the people at unity recommend Nuskope.
