"Comfortable quiet neighbourhood"
Comfortable quiet living with a variety of long time established family homes on great sized blocks (eg 600+ sq.m), so plenty of room to entertain, for kids to play and still have a garden front and back, garage, carport and/or a shed, pergola etc. Is close to all the amenities needed for young and old alike whether walking, driving or using public transport. Choices for Child care, kinder, schools, maternal & child health services, Medical centres, public transport (bus), petrol station, choice of shopping, lots of open space a short stroll away, walking and bike tracks, playground, local YMCA precinct and Werribee Racecourse. Has easy access to new shopping precinct in Wyndham Vale and Manor Lakes, meaning that choices to shop are now not only local shopping at Honour Ave or Ballan Road (great pizza, licenced grocer, etc) or Ballan Road (lots of takeaway choices),but also choice of shopping at Wyndhamvale, Manor Lakes or in Werribee and Hoppers Crossing.
