"Surprisingly quiet and so, so close to everything."
Federal St runs off Musgrave Road and you would expect the noise of that busy road to carry right down the street. I guess because it runs downhill, the noise just doesn't carry. The result is, you are close to everything you need...shops, schools, CBD, awesome location.
