Ferntree Gully, VIC 3156 is located within the Knox local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Is it a good location? Is there alot of housing commission in the area ? Need some local knowledge please help

G'day Annie. CIndy Court, FTG is a quiet area. Your close to both the local Primary and Secondary Schools of Fairhills. Knox City is up the road and there are numerous parks, football grounds and recreation areas nearby. Defiantly one of the quietest and easily accessible parts of Ferntree Gully.
