How is Ferryden Park in terms of neighbours?

I've heard a lot about government investment properties, refugees

I remember being neighbours with the filipino family at the corner of sheldon street. They are always the loudest bunch of people in that area. Very rude too. There was one time I had to physically knock on their door to check what was going on as I thought I heard some screaming late in the evening. Scandalous!

I think the review above says it all. The neighbours are rude, selfish, and make a lot of noise and keep to themselves.

Atrocious. A friend lived there and called it Feral Park. He had a heroin dealer (the one that got kidnapped last year) living on one side of him, and a Fink and a Hells Angel (members of warring outlaw motorcycle gangs) on the same street. I read 20% of the population in Ferryden Park is Vietnamese. Most of them are obviously fine, but there are a few bad eggs involved in Asian crime gangs... Like my friend's heroin dealing neighbour. Like any newish suburb, it has a lot of Housing Trust properties. I wouldn't live there.
