There's great bike paths on Napier St, Nicholson (shared footpath) and close by Carlton on Rathdowne and Canning St. Fitzroy is a great area for cycling as it's all flat and there's plenty of bikepaths around. The Carlton bike paths are probably some of the busiest in Melbourne.
