We have 4 children aged 4, 6, 11 and 13 - any suggestions for a descent reasonable place to live?

Oaklands Park, Seacliff, Seaview and Clovelly Park are nice suburbs in the south. I've heard that Magill is nice in East but not sure how much it costs to buy there. Modbury and Tea Tree Gully are nice in the North East.
