"Best of both worlds- Central to the Beach and Lake"
Floraville is in the middle of everything. 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Lake,10 minutes to Charlestown Square, 5 minutes either way for grocery shopping. Large Acre lot housing or small single lots, plenty of bushland and excellent quality school nearby. What more could you ask for.
