Is Footscray a good area for investment?

I purchase investments in Melbourne for a living and have enjoyed making my clients hundreds of thousands of dollars over the last decade.

Footscray is a good area and you will always see growth, however there a other suburbs surrounding Melbourne that out preform Footscray in regard to growth year after year.

In regard to the style of home you really need to research the area demographics to understand the highly sort after properties in that particular area.

I think it is, I bought off the plan a year ago and my property has increased substantially, Where else can you buy in Melbourne that has views of the city and is only 10 minutes to the center. I think it is a fantastic investment.
