"A perfect neighbourly street"
Forest Ave is a great street to live in. Not far from cosmopolitan Goodwood Rd with great eateries. Also close to fabulous goodwood Oval with excellent playground facilities. St Margarets Playground on the tramline is also excellent.
Located close to both tram and train stations, its easy walking distance.
Overall excellent location close to the city, good for families, singles and couples alike.
