San Francisco real estate is one of the best markets in the country, and even the world for resale and rental value! However, within SF there are some areas more sought after than others. District 4 (contains Forest Knolls), is not easily accessible to central SF, downtown, or an easy commute to the south bay. These are all reasons why real estate in that area, while can have some great homes, is not the most sought after of areas in the city. I hope that helps!
