"Interesting street with constantly changing streetscape..."
A client bought a home in this street recently, and its a very interesting street. At one end of the street, you have multi-million dollar homes with waterviews, and situated right on the Bay Run. And at the other end, one side of the street is lined with gorgeous workers cottages (semi-detached), whilst the other side is industrial/commercial building parking.
Many would think this is not appealing, but it provides a great buffer to noise from traffic on Victoria Rd, it is quiet at night as the businesses are closed. It has kept the prices of property down in this end of the street, so for those who can't afford to be overlooking the park and bay run, allows them to still live in this beautiful area and enjoy its benefits.
