Is Forresfield a good place for truckies to live?

Historically Forrestfield has been very popular for Truckies, its convenient to Welshpool and Kewdale where many freight and transport companies are located. In the 70's/80's many truck drivers would take advantage of the bigger lots and park their vehicles on the property. This isn't an option in most areas of Forrestfield now but I would think the convenience factor and the amenities in Forrestfield would be a drawcard.
