Is there any noise pollution in the Forrestfield area from the international airport?

Interestingly the aircraft noise in Forrestfield has become less and less as time goes by, the changes to runway positions at the airports as upgrades have happened have resulted in clear quite skylines. When we first moved in in 1978 it was the opposite to today you could barely hold a conversation outdoors!

Forrestfield is not directly below the flight path so there is not really any noise pollution from aircraft flying. It is near but not that near to the airport that you can hear the aircraft taking off. I was a airline pilot and lived near airport before.

Not really. I live on the south corner and there hardly any noise.

Nope not really..there is a daily plane or two that fly over but they come and then they are gone no big issue.. ;)
