There is the Franklin Early Childhood School on Oodgeroo Avenue which caters for K-2. There are no childcare centres in Franklin although in surrounding suburbs such as Harrison, Gungahlin and Palmerston there 8 that I'm aware of. Most have lengthy waiting lists (1yr+) and you will need to call regularly to see if a place is available as they generally don't contact you if a spot becomes available.
