Which is the best area for students to live in near Fremantle?

None really... its a noisy suburb. A lot of clubs and abandoned investment houses no one wants to sell. Lots of bikers, loud cars and dirty streets. Very very pricey. I would recommend getting a unit somewhere along the train line coming into fremantle. Fremantle itself is a bit of a hole.
