Hi Megan,

There are many streets and neighbourhoods in the area that cater to young families.
We are lucky to have a fair amount of parks and green space for kids to play as well.

Nice areas and friendly streets are important for many purchasers which does tend to drive up the property prices. So it does depend on your priorities and the budget you are working with.

I live off of Bowen Street which is near Warragul Primary School and some local park space as well which has been great for my family. However, there is always new development being built which tends to bring in younger families building their first home.

If you have any further questions I would be happy to answer :)

I grew up on Yinnar Street and Western Ave / Thorpdale Street, both in Newborough. Thorpdale Street is such a nice place, it has these trees that cover over the street and give it lovely shade. Well Yinnar street has a free block of land that was once a park, but its good to play football or something in, my brother and I found it as a massive backyard.
In both Streets, we had wonderful neighbours and most of them still live there.

Hope I helped.
