Honestly the area is rife with people now who have recently moved in and quickly move out of this area after realising how dangerous it is for us elderly and infirm home owners. Honestly after all of 30 years having been in the vicinity of Florence street. Along with the Red Sheild and SAHT as well as the loss of trees with the huge international community just taking over it’s become a very sad reality that I will not say is a place for joy and safe young family types.
