"Best Master planned community in Northwest Sydney"
Gables is an exceptionally well planned Estate by Stockland releasing only 450 to 500 sqm blocks. This enables a good greenery/concrete ratio, family friendly community, good parks and walking trails.

"The Jewel of the Hills"
Amazing family friendly suburb with a great community and good schools. The suburb has only low density housing which means no townhouses or units. Every house is more or less a mansion with a decent backyard. Property price growth is immense. A paradise on the ever growing North West Sydney
