"Rural Paradise"
Ganmain is a little piece of paradise. It is a small rural community surrounded by farm acreage. Peace and quiet abound in our village. The quiet is interupted only by the passing of a freight train through town. The locals are friendly, and we have a decidely lack of road traffic!

Couldn't agree more-we're from the Shellharbour area and have just purchased our "dream home" in Ganmain...we can retire early (by the way we're not that old-early 50's and mid 40's retiring in the next 3 years) we know how good the local area is through multiple visits with family and we purchased a nice little home on a great size block for a good price.
Not far from Wagga Wagga (the happiest place in Australia-check the official studies) and ohhh so peaceful,Ganmain is a little piece of paradise!
