"Perfect location!"
I love this street!
It is within a 10 minute walk to everything! Highpoint Shopping Centre, parkland, transport, nightlife, cinemas, restaurant, local shops, the Maribyrnong river etc. Anything you could ever want is within a 10 minute walk.
In peak hour, the drive into the city takes 15 minutes (loads of shortcuts!).
One thing I love about the Gatehouse estate, especially the double digit addresses in this estate is their larger and roomier floorplans as compared to other apartments in the area. This estate is in the best location in my opinion (and not only because I lived here), but it is definitively in the middle of everything! Lived here for 3 years, loved being able to go shopping anytime I liked just by walking out the door, or if I wanted quiet reflection time, a quick walk down the road brings me to a peaceful park by the Mribyrnong river.
