"A quite place by the River"
Lovely location. Scenery changes daily. Alot of wildlife - birds, fish, turtles, lizards etc. Often have ducks or pelicans on lawn.
Only 1hr15min from Adelaide. Supermarket 7mins away. Shopping Centre 25 mins away.
Suprised more people are not aware of this beautiful location. There are new blocks on the river for sale which hopefully bring more people to enjoy the area.
The neighbours are friendly and wave or stop for a chat but do not live in your pockets. They are there if you need them.
It is peaceful and relaxing, a though it is a bit windy sometimes.

- The water is RIVER water and is smelly and dirty, when there is a power failure there is NO WATER, as the local pump shuts down.
- No local cafe or child care. The closest postal service (Tailem Bend 10km closest)
- Rates are a bit high for what services are provided.
