AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! I was one of the suckers who paid $30 to advertise on the site, and I haven't gotten a single nibble. Everyone I contacted about a possible trade either has already sold their house or did not respond to me. I couldn't believe how low the site's volume was too. I contacted the site via e-mail three times and, despite the fact they say they will respond in 24 hours, I never got a response. This site is a rip-off and any positive review you read were written by the site itself! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! Or kiss your $30 goodbye!
