Closest I'm not sure, but the best by far is Cafe de Vilis just off South Rd Mile End.

There is a shopping center across Anzac Hwy with a cafe and a bakers delight but I dont think they will make a pie floater. You best bet will be to go to Vili's cafe about 1Km north on South Rd turn right into manchester street. Best pies and pasties in Adelaide always fresh.
