Need locals feedback in opening up a montessori school in glen park.

Glen Park, California null is located within the San Francisco local government area, part of the San Francisco County Region in undefined.

I want to ask the locals of glen park, SF if its a good location and will there be a need for such school?. I know there is a glen park montessori on chenery street. I will truly appreciate insights from locals. How is the competition like?

I think that Glen Park is pretty good spot for a Montessori School. You would definitely get competition from the already established one on Chenery as you mention--and you would also have competition from the one in Bernal Heights and the one in West Portal.

There is definitely the demand for it in the area--given that Noe, Bernal and St. Francis Wood area are all fairly affluent and relatively family oriented. I just wonder if one more Montessori in the area might be one too many. (Maybe check out what enrollment is like for the already existing Montessori's?)

A place that could really use a Montessori is the Outer Richmond area. They have a good number of private schools in the area, but the closest Montessoris are in Inner Richmond and south of the park. A Montessori out there, close to Lincoln Park would probably get some action from SeaCliff as well.
