Hi Im looking at some homes in Glenroy
Ive been targeting west of Pascoe vale road ie the chapman ave side but there seems to be less available here .. I havent been looking in the north side that much as it feels a lot more rough and streets / homes dont seem to be maintained .. is this my observation or am Im wrong what are your thoughts on Melbourne Ave Glenroy in particular? Where should I avoid ?
