"Incredible boutique acreage and coast living"

Living in Glenview has been the best decision we have ever made. 15 mins from the beach, but acreage living, everything is so close, family
Orientated, safe, community driven, and a stunning part of the sun shine coast! It’s quiet, but still only 15 mins from beaches, caloundra, Maroochydore, best place to live on the coast

"Love the area"

My wife's family has lived in the area for over 30 years and we decided to raise our family in the area as well just over 7 years ago. We have found that the area has been great as lots of other families with kids in the same age group as ours share the area. We have our kids in at Sienna Catholic College and find that it is easier to drop the kids off on the way to work. With the area being only 15 min to Mooloolaba and less than ten minutes to Buderim, it is such a convenient location.

Great for

  • Great for raising your family
  • Peaceful lifestyle

Not great for

  • Roads are in disrepair, but are slowly being seen to

"Lifestyle choice"

Glenview is the forgotten suburb of the Sunshine Coast, being mostly small to large acreage blocks to semi rural blocks, yet close enough to everything. Being close to the iconic Ettamogah Pub and Aussi World, merging just off the Bruce Highway. It is 20 minutes to fabulous beaches and major shopping centres. 50 minutes to the Brisbane airport and under an hour to Brisbane city. The local primary school is fantastic and there are school buses that take the children into Calounda, Beerwah and Sippy Downs where the public and private highschools are. The Sunshine University is only 10 minutes away. It is truly a peaceful area, full of nature, feeling like a world away, from the hussle and bussle. There is a great Par 3 golf course, a local skate park, and the Ewan Maddock Dam, where you can swim, fish, picnic or take a trail walk. So in conclusion a great place to live, it is a Lifestyle choice........is it your choice????

  • Peaceful lifestyle

Not great for

  • Roads are in disrepair, but are slowly being seen to
  • Subway is the only fast food outlet.
