"great place to live"
We have lived in this area for ten years.
What a change in this time ! It used to be all cheap rentals with 3, 4 or five cars per house and noisey yobos every where. As these places have been renovated, demolished and rebuilt it has changed with good class families moving in. The Tugun bypass has helped a lot with traffic now staying on the motorway rather than the Gold Coast Highway. The new Parkland and coffee shop are a real asset and great for families with children. The police station right on the highway in the middle of Palm Beach gives a feeling of security even though we have never found a need to use it.
Overall, a great place to live !!
