Golf View Road, Heatherton, VIC 3202

Our street is probably one of the more recently renovated within this area.It used to be, 10 years ago full of lots of elderly retired people,however more young families are moving in due to the closeness to cheltenham,southland and what not.Unfortunately the down side would be the cheap rent which seems to attract young lads and their dirt bikes,which they like to roar around on in the adjacent tip and factorys which is not amusing for young children and their mad mothers trying to get some sleep.Next would be the continous problem with henry street as the council don't want to cement it and cars come roaring down the dirt doing wheelies which dosn't make for a safe walk around the block with kiddies and the dust now accumulating on everyones washing.Other than that I would say it's a fine neighbourhood,however I personally cant wait to get out of here and move someone more family friendly with decent parks and less renters(however not to the Heath Estate either).
