Mosquito rate in Goodna?

Ok this sounds silly and not a big deal but I have an allergy to mosquitoes. My partner and I are pretty keen to buy or build in the Goodna area; it ticks a lot of our boxes for our budget. However, yesterday evening while out there looking at some land, I noticed a fair number of mosquitoes around. Since we'd be wanting to spend a lot of time outside at our Goodna house, this concerned me.
Can anyone give me an honest idea of whether the mosquitoes are bad in the Goodna area, or just bad in parts, or if this was just a weird anomaly? Thank you!
