The area in Goodwood Tas is serviceable by ADSL2+. Lot's of ISP/RSP can offer you the best deal for ADSL service. Going to big telcos might give you headache due to congestion in the area. The smaller ISP / reseller is also offering unlimited data for ADSL service and includes unlimited home phone service. Try to check whirlpool for isp review.
