"Grace court nice quiet with excellent access to Shops, Yarra river and freeways"
Very small private court, close to Eastern freeway, Willsmere Vilage, and Kew junction with the Yarra river on your door step has a very high pertentage of home owners vs renters. Will increase in value with the new development of the The Main Drive Kew happening on its door step
