Great for
- Quite small court... Very prettty. Close to city and transport.
Not great for
- In the middle of many big private schools and the traffic is horrific if you get caught in it. Plus all the Mums jam up the small court twice a day, 5 days a week. Very nosey landlord/owner of block of flats at the court. Will lie.
