Great for

Quite small court... Very prettty. Close to city and transport.

Not great for

In the middle of many big private schools and the traffic is horrific if you get caught in it. Plus all the Mums jam up the small court twice a day, 5 days a week. Very nosey landlord/owner of block of flats at the court. Will lie.
