Grand Boulevard is not a safe neighborhood in general. Just keep your distance. Seriously. Maybe you'd be safe indoors in a locked room. With a tank.

Crime is still a pretty big issue in Grand Boulevard. I would be very cautious anywhere you go at night - and be alert during the day.
