What's the catch?

I think Greenbank still carries an old stigma of being a 'bogan' suburb. I feel that is long gone, and there are more dual income, self employed families now in the area which have brought with it an increased improvements and wealth to the area.
If you consider 'Springfield Lakes' as the nearest shopping area then you are more along the lines of the type of people whom now live in Greenbank and over the last 10 years there has been a real shift.
We compared Karana Downs area and Greenbank, and for value for money Greenbank came out on top. Simply the size of land available here in Greenbank was what swayed us this way. As western corridor based real estate agent I can confirm that Greenbank also has seen a much bigger growth in value since we purchased in comparison to those other acreage areas we looked at so I am very happy with our choice.
