Hi Guys I am planning to buy a house in Greystanes. Please advice how is the area.
I want to ask your feedback -
1) how safe is the area, I have two teen age daughters, who would be walking to school for 12 min alone on those streets.
2) The Back of the house (which i am planning to buy) opens to public ground, is it safe to have such house. I am little apprehensive.
3) how is the commute, there are no trains, and buses also have low frequency of 30 mins. how do ppl commute daily.
4) how is the market, are there any grocery stores close by where you can buy milk, bread, vegetables . or for every small thing you need to take your car out and drive to parramatta.
5) how are neighbours, are they tolerant and cooperative. we being a young family party quite often with large group of families.
6) are there mixed communities, or any particular community has dominance
