How is the community feel in griffin?
Griffin, QLD 4503 is located within the Pine Rivers local government area, part of the Brisbane Region in Queensland.
We are an Irish couple (30 years old) 5 months pregnant planning on buying a house and land package in river breeze , we are now living in the Southside and initially thinking about purchasing a house in Alex hills/birkdale.
Does griffin have a good community feel etc I know for shops etc murramba down/ northlakes are recommended.
Any feedback on development over the next few years etc people's thoughts would be greatly appreciated as my partner is more inclined to think we should stay Southside but I think it would be a good investment down the line to move to griffin as you will have a new house but then he says 1/2 the amount of land compared to say Alex hills!
