location of proposed supermarket site
Hi, I am from Gladstone and moving to Brisbane by end of this year. I am considering Mango hill and Griffin ( preferably Griffin ). I was wondering when and where is the proposal site for super market. and which is the best area of Griffin to buy house. I will buy before I move . Thank you

The shopping centre will be at the top end of brays road nearest to the Bruce Highway. Each area has pros and cons. I preferred near the school as I have kids but If I didn’t I’d prefer the estate closest to the southbound on-ramp for quicker commute and that estate is guaranteed 80% owner occupied.
