Grovedale streets?
Was looking into buying a house in Grovedale, was researching about Geelong and it came up to stay away from Newcomb, Norlane, Corio, Whittington and Grovedale. Can some one here please help me understand why Grovedale is bad and which streets are not good. thanks

Hi Matta1, I'm surprised to see advice on avoiding Grovedale. It's actually a really popular suburb for families and first home buyers. Not only that - it's affordable and relatively close to everything you need. I'd say the most popular/sort after areas are Pethajohn Parade, Meadowvale Drive, Manet Avenue and those sorts of areas. Near the reserve on the other side of Grovedale are popular too - Grove Road and that sort of area. Hopefully that helps a little :)
