Hi Casey1987, here is a little information on what's happening in the sale market at the moment... The median sale price for houses is currently at $528K after risen 4.3% in the last 12 months. The median sale price for units is currently at $417K after jumping up 7.6% in the last 12 months. Hopefully this helps a little :)
