"Location, location, location"
Located in central Swan Hill, less than 500 metres from the main shopping precinct, Gummow Street is the ideal address in Swan Hill. With very little through traffic, the neighbourhood is quiet and the neighbours are friendly. Which explains why properties in the street are hard to come by. The street has a fantastic mix of households, from retirees, to families, to young singles. Everyone wants to capitalise on the location...
